Nashville Neuro, PLLC currently accepts the following insurance plans for neuropsychological assessments and psychotherapy:

  • Traditional Medicare

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Network P, Medicare)

  • United Healthcare (Optum)

  • Cigna

Out-of-Pocket Payments

Payment will be due on the day of your appointment or as previously outlined in an agreed upon payment plan. We do not offer a sliding scale fee. Please contact our office for information regarding our fee schedule.
